<br /> :)0)) <br /> 1.6.1 Review recommendations with the CITY staff and finalize <br /> conclusions and provide documentation to support recommendations and <br /> conclusions. <br /> 1.6.2 Prepare a draft of the final report identifying all of the work <br /> completed to date, specific findingst implementation strategiest for <br /> the short and long-term, and budgetary estimates to acquire the <br /> approved technologies. The report will also include an implementation <br /> plan outlining the estimated time frames required to implement system <br /> improvements. <br /> 1. 6.3 Present the draft report identified in paragraph 1.'7.2 to CITY <br /> staff for comments and modify as necessary. <br /> 1. 6.4 Present final report to the CITY staff. <br /> 1. 6.5 Assist CITY staff with a presentation of the final report to <br /> the City Councilt if requested by CITY staff. <br /> 1.7 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> Since the compensation of the CONSULTANT under this Agreement is <br /> based on a not-to-exceed fee, except as to reimbursable expensest the <br /> prospects for the charging by the CONSULTANT for additional services <br /> are remote and will necessarily refer only to substantial deviations <br /> from the scope of services described in the Agreement or in the <br /> CONSULTANTts proposal for services to the CITY. <br /> Additional services shall be provided only ~f authorized or <br /> confirmed in writing by the CITY, and compensation shall be in addition <br /> to that specified for basic servicest in accordance with Section 11. 2 <br /> of this Agreement. <br /> ARTICLE 2 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 2.1 The CITY shall provide full information regarding requirements <br /> for the Project. Such information will include the CITYts design <br /> objectives, constraints and criteriat special equipment and systems and <br /> site requirements. , <br /> 2.2 The CITY shall designate a representative authorized to act on <br /> the CITYts behalf with respect to the Project. <br /> 2.3 The CITY shall provide access to and make all necessary <br /> provisions for the CONSULTANT to enter upon public and private property <br /> as required for the CONSULTANT to perform its services under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2.4 The CITY shall furnish data and reports as required by law or <br /> as reasonably needed by the CONSULTANT. The CONSULTANT shall not be <br /> held responsible for its reliance on any such information supplied by <br /> CITY provided that CONSULTANT does not know or reasonably cannot be <br /> expected to know of any deficiency or error in such information <br /> supplied by CITY. <br /> 2.5 The CITY shall furnish all legalt accounting and insurance <br /> counseling services as may be necessary at any time for the Project. <br /> -5- <br />
