Acquire election returns for all at-large contests involving one or more minority candidates for 1993 using election-day returns and advance-voting returns. g. Merge elections returns with precinct demographics, by year for 1993. This file will provide the database for statistical analysis. , h. Run homogeneous-precinct and ecological regression analysis (as feasible) for all at-large elections, using the databases from step (g), and tabulate/interpret results. i. Acquire precinct combination tables for any 1993 at-large runoff elections. This table shows how actual precincts were combined for reporting purposes. j. Aggregate precinct-level demographic file from step (e) in accordance with precinct combination tables, to produce demographic files for 1993 for reporting precincts in run-off elections. k.
