Task -4 Prepare Written Report for 1981 to 1993 At-large Election Analysis This task combined the results of Tasks 1-3 to generate a reference/briefing document for the client and their attorneys. The report will address race/ethnic support for both Anglo and minority candidates in the elections analyzed, including comment on patterns of support over the period from 1981 to 1993. The report will address minority cohesiveness in support of both Anglo and minority candidates with an assessment of polarized voting, if it exists.
