Jaimy Breihan, 134 E. Hillcrest, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project and the flooding in that area. He asked that the Council deny this project and save this <br />area. <br />Eric West, 1805 N. IH 35 Apt 28E, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project and conveyed his concerns regarding the ADA compliance of this project. He addressed <br />his concerns regarding what it will take to maintain the park. <br />Karl Brown, 834 W. Hopkins, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project. He stated his appreciation for where the Council currently finds themselves. He told the <br />Council that one of the best pieces of advice is following the Master Plan. He addressed the <br />conservation of the river and asked that the Council pay attention to the referendum. He <br />encouraged that there be more balance on the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />Ellie Stewart, 1253 W San Antonio St, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp <br />rezoning project and stated that the Thornton Family has the right to sell their land, but that the <br />developer shouldn't be the one to purchase it. She felt that the City should purchase this <br />property and asked that the Council deny this project. <br />Carrie Ann Ross, 1305 Barbara Dr, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project and the traffic implications that will affect this area. She also addressed the possible <br />runoff that would occur and possibly pollute the river. She asked the Council to deny this <br />proj ect. <br />Linda Hopson, 102 Canyon Fork, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project and urged the Council not to approve the project. <br />John Stark, 601 River Road, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning project <br />and asked that the Council vote with their heart on this one. <br />Betty O'Bannon, 1003 Barbara Dr, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning <br />project and that she is concerned about the safety of the neighborhood. She would rather not see <br />the development go there due to the possible implications that would be caused by flooding. <br />Fred Baust, 1029 Tate Trail, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning project <br />and his being in favor of the project. He stated that there is already a perfect example in Clear <br />Springs Apartments, and he doesn't hear of any problems coming from that complex in regards <br />to alcohol and drugs. <br />Annette Dever, 430 Blanco River Ranch, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp <br />rezoning project. She asked the Council to deny this request and vote with the voters. <br />Rene Ruiz, Austin, TX, addressed the Council regarding the Cape's Camp rezoning project and <br />spoke in favor of this project. He stated it sounds to him that this project has been vetted out for <br />over a year and that the process has done what it was meant to do. <br />
