<br /> equipment, travel, communications, subsistence and lodging away from <br /> home, reproduction and similar incidentals. <br /> ARTICLE 4 <br /> THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> 4.1 The CITY shall provide full information regarding <br /> requirements for the Project. <br /> 4.2 The City Purchasing Manager shall act as the CITY'S <br /> authorized representative with respect to the Agreement. The CITY <br /> and/or such authorized representative shall examine the reports <br /> submitted by the CONSULTANT and shall render responses pertaining <br /> thereto promptly and provide CONSULTANT with requested data or <br /> information in the CITY's possession relating to the Project. <br /> 4.3 The CITY shall provide access to and make all necessary <br /> provisions for the CONSULTANT to enter upon CITY property as required <br /> for the CONSULTANT to perform its services under this Agreement. <br /> 4.4 The City shall provide the CONSULTANT with building design <br /> drawings and prior appraisal reports, if available at the time of the <br /> initial meeting. <br /> 4.5 The CITY shall arrange for work space to be used by the <br /> CONSULTANT during the field investigation. <br /> 4.6 The CITY shall provide the CONSULTANT with a list of City <br /> employee-owned equipment at the time of the physical inventory. <br /> 4.7 The CITY shall bear all costs incident to this Article. <br /> ARTICLE 5 <br /> PAYIŒN'T'S TO THE CONSULTANT <br /> 5.1 PAYllENTS ON ACCOUNT OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> 5.1.1 Payments for Basic Services as specified in Paragraph 13.4 <br /> shall be made to CONSULTANT, within 30 days following receipt by CITY <br /> of CONSULTANT's invoice therefor, less any disputed amounts, pending <br /> resolution thereof. <br /> 5.2 PAYllENTS ON ACCOUNT OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 5.2.1 Payments on account of the CONSULTANT's Additional Services <br /> as defined in paragraph 2.8 shall be made within 30 days of receipt of <br />
