In the performance of all consulting services in connection with this Agreement the CONSULTANT shall use that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised for similar projects by professional consultants who possess special expertise in the type of work involved in this Project. 1.1.2 The CONSULTANT warrants and guarantees that all design criteria shall be in accordance with requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"). Improvements for which professional services will be furnished under this Agreement shall be limited to the following items unless otherwise expanded under the terms of this Agreement: FY 92 Program ('"Progrill8 1'") - Engineering evaluation of the entire airport apron (approximately 40 acres) and development of rehabilitation alternatives. - Apron rehabilitation; Section A (approximately 10 acres). - Drainage improvements and repair to Runway 12-30. - Widen and improve airport access road. - Reconstruction of Taxiway "F'I. FY 93 Program ( '"Program 2") - Apron rehabilitation Section B (approximately 15 acres). - Taxiway lighting on Taxiways "B", "C", "D", "E" and "F". - Apron edge lighting. FY 94 Program (.Program 3'") - Apron rehabilitation, Section C (approximately 15 acres). - Install emergency back up power supply. l.l.3 The CONSULTANT shall render services necessary for development of the three Programs for the Project in the four phases as follows: PHASE 1- Preliminary design, preparation of cost estimates, and coordination with the FAA (to be accomplished for the entire airport apron in Program 1). PHASE 2- Final design and preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications. PHASE 3- General administration of construction. PHASE 4- Full-time construction inspection.
