<br /> 2.1.2 The ADMINISTRATOR shall perform all services in connection <br /> with this Agreement as an agent of the CITY and in accordance with <br /> professional standards necessary for this type of work. <br /> 2.1.3 The ADMINISTRATOR shall provide the CITY with a project <br /> team experienced in new home construction and renovation. The <br /> project team shall work closely with CITY staff and the GRANT <br /> CONSULTANT, yet have overall responsibility for the successful <br /> completion of the Agreement. <br /> The team shall include for contact purposes: <br /> Executive Director: Ruben Garza <br /> Project Coordinator: Dick Perrone <br /> Technical Permit/Job Superintendent: Albert Armstead <br /> Accountant: Ruben Salazar <br /> Substitutions to the project team may be made by ADMINISTRATOR <br /> upon prior written notification to the CITY. <br /> The CITY shall consider the ADMINISTRATOR's Executive <br /> Director as the ADMINISTRATOR's representative responsible for the <br /> management of all contractual matters pertaining hereto, unless <br /> written notification is received by the CITY from the <br /> ADMINISTRATOR indicating otherwise. <br /> The CITY's Planning and Development Services Director shall <br /> be the CITY's representative responsible for the administration of <br /> this Agreement. <br /> The ADMINISTRATOR shall provide the services described in <br /> Paragraphs 2.2 through 2.4. <br /> 2.2 TASK 1 - BIDDING <br /> For each of the phases described in Paragraph 2.3.1, the <br /> ADMINISTRATOR shall: <br /> 2.2.1 Work with the CITY and the GRANT CONSULTANT to develop <br /> bidding documents, including plans and specifications, for the <br /> construction of the Project. These specifications shall include <br /> all applicable Housing and Urban Development ( "HUD") <br /> specifications and regulations. The bidding documents may provide <br /> for the procurement of materials by the ADMINISTRATOR. <br /> 2.2.2 Conduct the CONTRACTOR selection process in conjunction <br /> with the CITY utilizing the CITY's bid procedure which shall <br /> include: <br /> -2- <br />
