<br /> GRANT CONSULTANT. A draw schedule form shall be provided by the <br /> ADMINISTRATOR and draws shall be based on the percentage <br /> completion of the construction of each home currently under <br /> construction. The ADMINISTRTOR shall submit approved CONTRACTOR <br /> payment requests to the CITY. The payment requests shall be <br /> subject to review and approval by the GRANT CONSULTANT. The CITY <br /> shall pay the amount of approved requests from TCDP grant funds to <br /> the ADMINISTRATOR, for the use and benefit of the CONTRACTOR, <br /> within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the requests by the CITY. <br /> 2.3.4 Coordinate the efforts of the CONTRACTOR, Project <br /> Coordinator, and the Technical Permit/Job Superintendent to ensure <br /> that the following construction phases are in place: <br /> ( 1) clearing lot; ground work <br /> (2) form preparation and slab <br /> (3) plumbing: rough-in, top-out and set-out <br /> (4) framing: dry in process and siding <br /> (5) roofing <br /> (6) insulation <br /> (7 electrical: rough-in and trim-out <br /> (8) dry wall: installation åf sheet rock, tape, float and <br /> texture <br /> (9) painting <br /> (Ie) trim contractor~ set doors & cabinets. <br /> install all wood work, all hardware, door locks <br /> (11) floor prep and installation: carpet, tile, etc. <br /> (12) yard clean-up: clearing, hauling and grading of grounds <br /> so that yard is fit for proper draining <br /> (13) house clean-up: floors and windows cleaned <br /> (14) flat work: driveway and side-walks built to City <br /> specifications <br /> (15) heating and air conditioning: rough-in and set-out <br /> 2.3.5 Provide assistance to the CONTRACTOR in the selection and <br /> procurement of materials required for the completion of the <br /> Project. In this regard, the ADMINISTRATOR may provide in the <br /> bidding documents and in the Construction Contract for each Phase <br /> that it will be responsible for procuring all or part of the <br /> construction materials for that Phase. If this is done, then the <br /> ADMINISTRATOR shall arrange for the purchase and delivery of <br /> materials it is to provide on a timely basis to the CONTRACTOR. <br /> -4- <br />
