97 Regular Meeting January 10, 1983 Page 3 Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of an Ordin- ance on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF LOTS ELEVEN (11) AND TWELVE (12) IN BLOCK THIRTY-THREE (33) IN THE SECOND SECTION OF VICTORY GARDENS, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO ISABEL CAUDILLO; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO ISABEL CAUDILLO AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Mr. Brown moved for the adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of an Ordin- ance on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 1978-43 WHICH DE- TE~INED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLE- MENT NO. 10; AMENDING ORDINANCE 1979-38 WHICH DETER- MINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. ll: AMENDING ORDINANCE 1981-70 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 13; AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 1982-41, WHICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1982, AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1983, AND APPRO- PRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE, ADOPTING SAID REVISED APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTIMATES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. Mrs. Norris moved for the adoption of the Ordinance on emergency and Mrs. Mendez seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council then moved to Item lOA on the agenda, to consider approval of award of bid on two pickup trucks and one dumptruck for the Public Works Department. Mr. Moore moved award of bid on the two pickup trucks in the amount of $7,214.00 each to Red Simon Ford and Mrs. Norris seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mrs. Norris moved to award bid on the dumptruck to Red Simon Ford in the amount of $17,284.00 and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration the adoption of an Ordin- ance on third and final reading, the caption which was read as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY ZONING LOT NO. TWELVE (12) IN COERS SECOND ADDITION, A/K/A 153 COERS STREET, FROM "R-l" (SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT) TO "D" (MULTI- FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT). Mrs. Norris moved for the adoption of the Ordinance on third and final reading and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
