<br /> 9~5 <br /> Section 3.60 - Compensatory Time off in Lieu of Overtime Pay: <br /> Compensatory time off may be granted to non-exempt employees other than civil service <br /> at one and one-half (1 1/2) times the amount for time worked over forty (40) hours in a week. <br /> Compensatory time is to be documented and authorized on the employee's time sheet and is <br /> to be accrued and used within thirty (30) days. If the employee is unable to take time off <br /> within thirty (30) days, the employee will be paid for the compensatory time. Accumulation <br /> and use of compensatory time requires agreement of the affected employee and prior <br /> supervisory approval. <br /> Section 3.65 - Personal Leave Time for Exempt Employees: <br /> Exempt employees are granted forty-eight (48) hours of personal leave time per fiscal <br /> year. Twenty-four (24) hours personal leave time is available immediately upon hire for use <br /> ~ <br /> by an employee. The remaining twenty-four (24) hours will be made available at completion <br /> of the introductory period. (See Section 2.50 - Introductory Period). Personal leave time is <br /> lost if not used by September 30 of each year. Use of personal leave time requires prior <br /> supervisory approval.
