Accrued compensatory time, frozen holiday leave time, vacation leave <br /> and/or unpaid leave of absence may be used (in that order) to make up the parental leave. <br /> Written requests for parental leave must be made as soon as possible but at least ten (10) <br /> days prior to the anticipated date of leave except in emergency situations.
