<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
<br />MARCOS, TEXAS:

<br />SECTION 1. That Section 19(A)(2) of Appendix A, General
<br />Zoning Ordinance, of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances with
<br />regard to the occupancy of townhouses in a I1MF-l" district is
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />
<br />(2) Townhouses~ as regulated in-the TH-l district,
<br />provided,' however; that - the- limit on the
<br />nQrnber.6f unrelated occùpants in the resident
<br />family shall not- a.pp~~., - - - - - -

<br />SECTION 2. That Section 2Ø(A)(I) of Appendix A, General
<br />Zoning Ordinance, of the San Marcos Code of Ordinances with
<br />regard to the occupancy of townhouses in a I1MF-2" district is
<br />amended to read as follows:

<br />(1) Townhouse-s, as regulated in - the TH-l district
<br />or TH-2 district, whichever is consistent with
<br />the property's Master 'Plan designation,
<br />provided, however, that the limit on the
<br />number of unrelated occupants in the resident
<br />family shall not apply. '

<br />SECTION 3. That "Sêction 2l(A)(4) of Appendix A, General
<br />Zoning Ordinance, of the San ,Marcos Code of Ordinances with
<br />regard to the occupancy of townhouses in a "MF-3" district is
<br />amended to read as follows: - -
<br />
<br />(4) Townhouses, as regulated in the TH-l district,
<br />TH-2 district, 'õi TH-3 dlstrict, whichever is
<br />consistent with the property's Master Plan
<br />designation, provided, however; that the limit
<br />on the nQrnber of unrelated occupants in the
<br />resident family shall no~_apply.

<br />SECTION 4. That Section 22(A)(4) of Appendix A, General
<br />Zoning Ordinance, of the San Marcos ,èóde of Ordinances with
<br />regard to the occupancy of townhouses in a "MF-4" district is
<br />amended to read as follows: . ,-"

<br />- -(4 f Townhouses, as regulated ín the TH-l district,
<br />TH-2 district; or TH-3 district, whichever is
<br />consistent with .the property's Master Plan
