SwL will file certification of such insurance coverage with the CITY within ten days after the date of execution of this agreement. 6.4 CITY agrees that, in accordance with the generally accepted construction practice, the general contractor will be solely and completely responsible for working conditions on the project site, including safety of all persons and property during the performance of the work, and in compliance with all municipal, state and federal regulations including OSHA. The duty of SwL in providing services is not, therefore, to include any review of, or responsibility for, the adequacy of the contractor's safety measures in, on, or near the project site. 6.5 In performing the services required hereunder, SwL shall not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, ~color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. 6.6 All references in this Agreement to any particular gender are for convenience only and shall be construed and interpreted to be of the neuter gender. 6.7 Should any provision herein be deemed to be invalid by a court of , .::ompetent jurisdiction, this Agreement shall be construed as not containing the provision, and all other provisions which are otherwise lawful shall remain in full force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable. 6.8 All services provided pursuant to this Agreement are for the exclusive use and benefit of CITY. 6.9 In performing this Agreement, SwL shall comply with all local, state and federal laws. 6.10 SwL will furnish, upon request, a monthly summary of the cost of completed tasks compared with the budget figures of those items.
