The customer's bill shall show all the following information: <br />, <br /> (a) Bills based on meter readings obtained by the City shall <br /> show the ending meter read date and the reading of the <br /> meter at the beginning and at the end of the period for <br /> which the bill is rendered;, <br /> , <br /> , <br /> (b) The number and kind of units metered; <br /> (c) The applicable rate schedule title or code; <br /> (d) The monthly Power Cost Adjustment charge; <br /> - <br /> (e) The date by which the customer must pay the bill in <br /> order to avoid additional billing; <br /> ~ <br /> (f) The total amount due after additional billing applies; <br /> (g) A distinct marking to identify an estimated bill; <br /> (h) Any conversions from meter reading units to billing <br /> units, or any other calculations to determine billing <br /> uni ts from recording or other devices, or any other <br /> factors used in determining the bill; and <br /> (i) The information appearing on the bill shall be <br /> sufficient to allow the customer to readily compute his <br /> bill after reference to the applicable rate schedule <br /> which shall be provided on request to the customer. <br /> ADJUSTMENT OF BILLS FOR METER ERROR <br /> All meters shall be tested for accuracy before being installed and <br /> at regular intervals thereafter. No meter shall be installed or <br /> remain in service which is not within the accuracy standards <br /> established by the American National Standards Institute, <br /> Incorporated. <br /> If a customer believes that a meter is registering inaccurately, <br /> he may request a test to be performed during normal business hours <br /> at a time to be determined by the city. Such determination shall <br /> accommodate the convenience of the, customer if the customer <br /> desires to observe the test. <br /> -48- <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />
