" .,¿'')IT , ..; ,.. associated with retail fuel sales, aircraft storage, aircraft rental, aircraft charter, air taxi, flight training, aircraft maintenance and rental, sales of aviation parts and supplies, aircraft sales and other aviation services described in Paragraph I (B). Any additional non-aviation activities or facility usages (such as the storage of buses, boats or any other such general storage) must be specifically approved in writing by Lessor and be in compliance with Federal deed and grant assurance agreements; provided however, that storage of non-aviation items which are located on the demised premises as of the date this Agreement is executed, may continue at Lessee's option for a maximum of twelve (12) months after the date of execution unless such storage is disapproved by the FAA. Lessee agrees to operate said demised premises for the use and benefit of the public and further agrees: ~ (1) to furnish good, prompt and efficient service adequate to meet all the demands for its services at airport; (2) to furnish said service on a fair, equal and non-discriminatory basis to all users thereof; (3) to charge fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory prices for , each unit of sale or service, provided that Lessee may be allowed to make reasonable and non-discriminatory discounts, rebates or other similar types of price reductions to volume purchasers. (4) to establish and maintain an arrangement for the sale of all octane aviation jet fuel of a major "name brand"; and aviation oil that is available and in general use and demand in this area; (5) to obtain and put into service a 100LL fuel truck painted to reflect the brand name and logo of the fuel supplier or the FBO corporate colors and logo; (6) to obtain and put into service a second fuel truck for the line service of JET-A fuel, which will be painted and maintained in the same manner as the 100L truck. (7) to supply and enforce the wearing of uniforms by FBO line service personnel. -8-
