<br /> completion, to evaluate the Work for acceptable conformance with <br /> the construction contract documents and in light of any subsequent <br /> tests performed as described in Section 1.3.8 hereof, to verify <br /> that any minor deviations from the construction contract documents <br /> as described in Section l.3.8 hereof have been corrected and that <br /> the reasons for any specific qualifications in any and all <br /> previous Certificates For Payment as described in Section 1.3.8 <br /> hereof are either no longer valid or the condition(s) and/or <br /> problem(s) have been corrected; shall receive and review written <br /> warranties and related documents required by the construction <br /> contract documents and assembled by the Contractor; shall issue a <br /> final Certificate for Payment or take other appropriate action; <br /> and shall make a written recommendation to the Owner regarding the <br /> Owner's acceptance of the Project. <br /> 1.3.13 The extent of the duties, responsibilities and <br /> limitations of authority of the Engineer as the Owner's <br /> representative during construction shall not be modified or <br /> extended after the construction contract documents have been <br /> authorized by the Owner to be cGmpetitively bid without written <br /> consent of the Owner and the Engineer and with notice to the <br /> Contractor. <br /> 1.3.l4 The Engineer shall prepare and submit to the Owner a set <br /> of reproducible record drawings showing significant changes in the <br /> Work made during the construction phase. <br /> 1.4 ADDI"rIORAL SERVICES <br /> -9- <br />
