Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Becky Sierra to fill a vacancy as a citizen representative and Mr. Thomaides moved to appoint Henry Carmona to fill a vacancy as a Hospitality representative, which passed unanimously. Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Roel Elizade, Jr. to fill a vacancy and Ms. Howard moved to appoint Christopher Howard to fill a vacancy and Mr. Jones moved to appoint Rebecca Conley to fill a vacancy.
