Mr. Bose inquired to whether the hotel will <br />have a pump to support their usage. Ms. Anderson stated the hotel will <br />provide their own pumps. The Council then voted unanimously for adoption <br />of Resolution. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Arts Commission. Ms Robertson moved to appoint Diann McCabe to fill a <br />vacancy, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of seven appointments <br />to the Charter Review Commission. Ms. Couch moved to appoint Sam McCabe and <br />Mr. Jones moved to appoint Bucky Couch, which passed unanimously (Ms. Couch <br />abstained on vote for Bucky Couch). The remaining appointments will be <br />rescheduled. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Downtown Master Plan Task Force (Temporary Board). Mr. Bose moved to <br />appoint Jeff Law as the Hays County representative, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Main Street Advisory Board. Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Kyle Reece to <br />fill a vacancy as a Downtown representative, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of three appointments <br />to the Minority Tourism Development Board. Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint <br />Becky Sierra to fill a vacancy as a citizen representative and Mr. <br />Thomaides moved to appoint Henry Carmona to fill a vacancy as a Hospitality <br />representative, which passed unanimously. The remaining appointment will <br />be rescheduled. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Curtis <br />Seebeck to fill a vacancy as the ETJ /ETJ representative, which passed <br />unanimously. <br />Mayor Narvaiz introduced for consideration approval of one appointment to <br />the Transportation Advisory Board. Mr. Guerrero moved to appoint Roel <br />Elizade, Jr. to fill a vacancy and Ms. Howard moved to appoint Christopher <br />Howard to fill a vacancy and Mr. Jones moved to appoint Rebecca Conley to <br />fill a vacancy. On roll call for the appointment of the vacancy, the <br />following vote was recorded: <br />Elizade: Guerrero. <br />Howard: Thomaides, Bose and Robertson. <br />
