Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />17.3 Re -route local DID and toll -free lines; <br />17.4 Installation of replacement PBX. <br />4. IMPLEMENT RESPONSE PLANS <br />Implement the response activities included in the Consolidated Action Plan (section 9.2). These <br />response activities are intended to mitigate business impacts until normal business support <br />services can be restored or until recovery procedures are implemented. <br />4.1. Perform Emergency Response Customer Contacts <br />Update all customers, identified in the Clients List (section 9.3.1) with a statement about the <br />incident. <br />Customize the following for specific Work Group requirements. <br />1. Develop a statement to be given to all customers. Include only those facts <br />present in the official incident Public Statement. This statement should contain: <br />1.1 Brief statement regarding the incident (from the Public Statement); <br />1.2 When is service expected to be restored if known, otherwise, when will <br />the next status update be made; <br />1.3 Contact each customer with the emergency statement; <br />2. Emphasize that this call is part of a contingency plan which has been activated to <br />restore service. <br />3. Be sure to be upbeat and confident about the situation. Reassure the customers <br />that everything that can be done is being done to restore service as quickly as <br />possible. <br />4. Do not speculate on what you do not know. Do not make any commitments <br />beyond those that you are absolutely sure can be met. <br />5. IMPLEMENT RECOVERY PLANS <br />5.1 Recovery and Resumption of Production Processing <br />Recover production processing by re- establishing communication with business units and <br />customers, reconstructing any lost work -in- process and resuming business operations as <br />resources become available. <br />21 <br />
