Cash Cycle Solutions, Inc. <br />Business Recovery Plan <br />Review and implement any portions of the RESPONSE PLANS which may be <br />pertinent to full business recovery. <br />2. Re- establish all remote processing customers. <br />2.1 Identify the "as of date to which will be restored. <br />2.2 Verify which date the system has restored. <br />3. Determine the time frame for which transmissions must be recovered. Contact <br />originators of inbound transmissions for retransmission of data. <br />4. Communicate alternate site communication information (e.g. phone and facsimile <br />numbers) and expected level of service information to all critical business <br />contacts. <br />5. The following changes to standard operating practices will be reviewed and <br />implemented as appropriate to the circumstances: <br />5.1 Instruct customers that normal turnaround times will be delayed. <br />6. Once network access is provided, complete the processing of in- progress and <br />new work. <br />6.1 Verify status of systems. <br />7. Determine necessity to re- create documentation destroyed, and recreate as <br />necessary: <br />8. Notify the Management Team when essential processing is re- established. <br />5.2. Recover LAN Operations <br />Prepare the recovery location for essential operations by organizing the work areas and <br />recovery materials. <br />Bring up a server to receive files from the internet via a secured connection. <br />6. SITE RESTORATION PROCEDURES <br />The determination to activate the following Site Restoration Procedures will be made by the <br />INCIDENT MANAGEMENT TEAM, based on the specific incident circumstances. That team <br />will activate the appropriate forces to oversee building site restoration. <br />1 7 <br />
