<br /> (1) M/E/P <br /> ( 2) Structural <br /> ( 3) Civil <br /> (4) Landscaping <br /> (5) Life Safety <br /> The ARCHITECT shall notify the CITY prior to retaining consulting <br /> firms other than those identified in the ARCHITECT's proposal for <br /> services. <br /> The ARCHITECT shall be responsible to the City for all work <br /> performed by Consultants. <br /> Fees for the ARCHITECT's procurement of these services are <br /> included in the ARCHITECT's basic fee described in Article 13 of this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 0.1 STAImARDS OF PERFORDRCE , QUALITY COlft'ROL AIm SCBEDULIRG <br /> 0.1.1 In the performance of all architectural services in <br /> connection with this Agreement, the ARCHITECT shall use that degree of <br /> care and skill ordinarily exercised for similar projects by <br /> professional architects who possess special expertise in the type of <br /> work involved in this Project. <br /> 0.1.2 The ARCHITECT shall assign a quality control team, composed <br /> of senior members of its staff who are not associated with the Project <br /> on a daily basis, to the Project. This team will review the Project on <br /> a regular basis in order to insure a high level of quality, to maintain <br /> a high degree of excellence and clarity in all aspects of the planning <br /> and design phases, to assure that qualified backup personnel are <br /> immediately available should the need arise, to avoid errors and <br /> omissions, code or regulatory violations, misinformation, <br /> misinterpretation and inconsistencies, and to take advantage of all of <br /> the ARCHITECT's available experience, including the planning, <br /> architectural, and engineering experience of the senior members of the <br /> ARCHITECT's staff. <br /> 0.1.3 The ARCHITECT shall, during the initial Project phase, meet <br /> with the City's designated representatives to verify the time <br /> components within which all Project participants must perform, and to <br /> identify all parties involved in the comprehensive schedule strategy. <br /> Based on this information, the ARCHITECT shall prepare a detailed <br /> schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the <br /> -2- <br />
