<br />except amendments to Section 32, "LI" Light Industrial District and
<br />has recommended that these amendments be approved by the City
<br />Council; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on January 2, 1990, the Commission held a public
<br />hearing to consider amendments to the following sections of the
<br />General Zoning Ordinance: Section 32, "LI" Light Industrial
<br />District and section 36(D), Supplemental Area Requirements¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending section 32,
<br />"LItI Light Industrial District and has recommended that this
<br />amendment be approved by the City Council¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on February 6, 1990, the Commission held a public
<br />hearing to consider amending Section 36 (D), Supplemental Area
<br />Requirements of the General Zoning Ordinance¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending Section
<br />36(D), Supplemental Area Requirements and has recommended that the
<br />amendments be approved by the City Council; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on April 3,1990, the Commission held a public hearing
<br />to consider amendments to section 29, "O-P" Office and Professional
<br />District of the General Zoning Ordinance; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending section 29
<br />"O-P" Office and Professional District, and has recommended that
<br />these amendments be approved by the City Council¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on March 6, 1990, the Commission held a public
<br />hearing to consider amendments to section 35, Specific Use Permits
<br />of the General zoning Ordinance¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending section 35,
<br />Specific Use Permits and has recommended that these amendments be
<br />approved by the City Council; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on October 16, 1990, the Commission held a public
<br />hearing to consider amending section 30 (A), tiC", Commercial
<br />District-Permitted Uses, of the General Zoning Ordinance; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending Section
<br />30(A), "C" Commercial District- Permitted Uses and has recommended
<br />that this amendment be approved by the City council¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, on February 5, 1991, the Commission held a public
<br />hearing to consider amendments to Section 35 (H) (3) (b), Specific Use
<br />Permits of the General Zoning Ordinance; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, subsequent to that public hearing, the Commission
<br />considered the amendments and voted to approve amending Section
<br />35(H) (3) (b), Specific Use Permits and has recommended that these
<br />amendments be approved by the City Council; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on
<br /> , 1991, regarding all of these amendments¡ and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br />adoption of the following amendments are in the interest of the
<br />public health, morals, welfare, and safety; now, therefore,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
