Task 6.6 Development of Selective Alternatives Upon the completion of Task 6.5 and direction by the City to proceed, the consultants will develop the presentation material for the alternative or alternatives selected. The consultant will prepare presentations for the City Commissioners and staffs and for public information meetings to be conducted or offered to neighborhood areas surrounding the airport for their consideration. TASK 7.0 - ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW Since it appears that major airport improvements such as runway extensions or others that require full environmental impact assessment will not result from the proposed study, an environmental review of long term airport development program will be conducted to identity any potential impacts that may result from the proposed development program. Full consideration will be given to those factors which may result from airport improvement and analyzed under current FAA and other State or Federal guidelines. This will ensure that should the environmental consequences of any recommended or planned improvement be questioned that information would be available for consideration. Unless required by the FAA, no field surveys for biological (flora and fauna) or archaeological assessment will be conducted; however, Hterature searches will be undertaken. Similarly, no noise or air quality monitoring will be conducted. New noise contours based upon updated aircraft activity forecasts will be provided if determined to be necessary, as will updated air quality analysis if required. The environmental review will address at least the following environmental consequences: . Noise . Compatible Land Use . Assessment of Social Impacts . Induced Socioeconomic Impacts . Air Quality . Water Quality . Department of Transportation, Section 4 (F) . Biotic Communities (Including Both Flora and Fauna) . Endangered and Threatened Species of Flora and Fauna . Historical and Archaeological Impact . Wetlands and Floodplains TASK 8.0 - AIRPORT LA YOUT PLAN Task 8.1 AJrpon Layout Plan The existing airport layout plan will be revised and updated in accordance with the developed and accepted alternatives for the airport improvement program. All recommendations for development that have been accepted or approved by the City and the FAA as a result of this study will be incorporated in the airport layout plan update. The ALP will contain information as required under FAA Advisory Circular 150/5070-6, it wiIJ superimposed over the most recently available aerial photography for purposes of providing detailed visual reference to airport facilities and features as well as the environs. Task 8.2 Prepare New Height Hazard Zoning Maps Using the Federal Air Regulation Part 77 as the basis for delineation, a new map will be prepared showing the heights and relative locations of airspace limitations for the construction of obstructions in the vicinity of the airport. The map will utilize the technical requirements of FAR Part 77 as its principle basis;
