<br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS ELECTRIC UTILITY <br /> ELECTRIC TARIFF <br /> MEDIUM GENERAL SERVICE - TIME-OF-DAY RATE <br /> RATE SCHEDULE - MGS-TD <br />TIME-OF-DAY METERING PERIODS <br /> For the purposes of this rate schedule, the following <br />metering periods apply for the billing month: <br /> Off-Peak Period - 7:01 PM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday. <br /> All day Saturday and Sunday <br /> On-Peak Period - All other hours <br />MONTHLY RATE <br /> <br /> Customer Charge: <br /> Single or Three Phase Service.... ...$75.00 <br /> Demand Charge: <br /> All kW of On-Peak Billing Demand.....$ 9.67 per kw <br /> All kW of Off-Peak Billing Demand....$ 3.96 per kW <br /> Energy Charge: <br /> All kWh............................. $ o. 02849 per kWh <br /> The above rate per kWh will be adjusted plus or minus in <br />accordance with the formula specified in the Power Cost Adjustment <br />Clause. The amount computed at the "Monthly Rate" shall be <br />subject to taxes, assessments or surcharges imposed by any <br />governmental authority which are assessed on the basis of revenues <br />from electric service or volume of electricity purchased or sold. <br />MINIMUM CHARGE <br /> The monthly minimum charge shall be the sum of the "Customer <br />Charge", the "Demand Charge" and all applicable rate adjustments. <br />PAYMENT <br /> All bills shall be paid on or before the fifteenth (15) day <br />following issuance. Any and all amounts remaining unpaid after <br />the due date shall be assessed a charge in the amount of ten <br />percent (10%) of the unpaid amount. Payment from state agencies <br />must be received within thirty (30) days from receipt of bill, and <br />any unpaid amount will be subject to a 1% per month interest <br />charge, following the procedures set forth in the Prompt Payment <br />Act. <br /> - 9 - <br />
