More than one water meter, but only one sewer tap. <br /> c. One water meter and more than one sewer tap. <br /> d. More than one water meter and more than one sewer tap. <br /> Situation c is unacceptable. Situations a and bare <br /> - - - <br /> satisfactory. Situation d may be approved if total water flow <br /> through a particular water meter exits only by a particular sewer <br /> tap and the industrial user receives monthly billing for City <br /> water services. <br /> If a water supply source is utilized other than from the <br /> City, water consumption shall be measured by a totalizing water <br /> meter provided by the user and monthly water use record <br /> submitted to the Director by the 15th day of the following month. <br /> LIQUID WASTE FLOW DETERMINATION <br /> Accurate measurement means shall be provided by a permittee <br /> to quantify process and/or pretreatment liquid discharge flows. <br /> 3 <br />
