<br /> conditions, or a permit may be issued for a two-year, one-year or <br /> for a briefer time period as may be deemed appropriate by the <br /> Director. An existing valid permit is transferable with change <br /> in ownership of an industry, provided that process(es) remain the <br /> same and the Director is notified prior to ownership change and <br /> the permit transfer fee is submitted along wi th the notification. <br /> Ownership transfer involving proposed process modifications <br /> and/or additions shall require a new permit. <br /> Industrial users served by the City wastewater collection <br /> system who do not release process liquid wastes to the collection <br /> system, but who employ categorical process(es) or use or store <br /> pollutants whose release to the sewer or spillage could have <br /> significant adverse environmental impact, may be issued a permit <br /> wherein process liquid waste discharge is expressly prohibited. <br /> ENFORCEMENT <br /> An Enforcement Plan that will be followed to effect <br /> compliance with the Ordinance by permittees is presented in <br /> APPENDIX D. <br /> INFORMATION TRANSFER <br /> The industrial wastewater method selected and the design, <br /> construction and operation of treatment facility is the sale <br /> responsibility of the industrial user.
