<br /> §4 APPENDIX F-DRAINAGE, EROSION CONTROL §4 <br /> a. The report shall include the following items: <br /> (i) Construction sequencing as it relates to placement, <br /> maintenance and/or removal of temporary erosion <br /> controls and restoration measures. The sequenc- <br /> ing plan schedules these items in the overall scheme <br /> of development; <br /> (ii) A list of such erosion controls and maintenance <br /> thereof; <br /> (iii) Slope stabilization techniques to be employed; and <br /> (iv) Method of restoration, including vegetative types <br /> as outlined in the soil conservation service man- <br /> ual "Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for <br /> Developing Areas in Texas." <br /> (v) Technical data showing runoff rates, soil types, <br /> quantities, etc., on appropriate exhibits, such as <br /> soil type, runoff, etc. <br /> (vi) Calculations of existing, proposed, and maximum <br /> allowable impervious cover in accordance with Ap- <br /> pendix 1. <br /> b. The erosion control and construction sequencing plan <br /> shall include the following items: <br /> (i) A detailed erosion/sedimentation control plan and <br /> construction sequencing plan, aa herein required. <br /> The smallest areas of soil shall be exposed for the <br /> shortest period possible. <br /> (ii) Location of temporary erosion controls with main- <br /> tenance note. The plan shall show the physical <br /> details of the controls. <br /> (iii) A construction sequencing list, including the tim- <br /> ing of the use of various controls in relation to <br /> steps in the construction. <br /> (iv) Clearing for the temporary storage of spoil or con- <br /> struction equipment or for the permanent disposal <br /> of fill material or spoils shall be so designated on <br /> the site plan. <br /> (v) The location, type of use and total percentage of <br /> proposed and existing impervious cover on the <br /> site. Location of all temporary and permanent run- <br /> off detention basins, constructed and altered Wa- <br /> Supp. No. 19 1217 <br />
