§4 APPENDIX F-DRAINAGE, EROSION CONTROL §4 a. The report shall include the following items: (i) Construction sequencing as it relates to placement, maintenance and/or removal of temporary erosion controls and restoration measures. The sequenc- ing plan schedules these items in the overall scheme of development; (ii) A list of such erosion controls and maintenance thereof; (iii) Slope stabilization techniques to be employed; and (iv) Method of restoration, including vegetative types as outlined in the soil conservation service man- ual "Erosion and Sediment Control Guidelines for Developing Areas in Texas." (v) Technical data showing runoff rates, soil types, quantities, etc., on appropriate exhibits, such as soil type, runoff, etc. (vi) Calculations of existing, proposed, and maximum allowable impervious cover in accordance with Ap- pendix 1. b. The erosion control and construction sequencing plan shall include the following items: (i) A detailed erosion/sedimentation control plan and construction sequencing plan, aa herein required. The smallest areas of soil shall be exposed for the shortest period possible. (ii) Location of temporary erosion controls with main- tenance note. The plan shall show the physical details of the controls. (iii) A construction sequencing list, including the tim- ing of the use of various controls in relation to steps in the construction. (iv) Clearing for the temporary storage of spoil or con- struction equipment or for the permanent disposal of fill material or spoils shall be so designated on the site plan. (v) The location, type of use and total percentage of proposed and existing impervious cover on the site. Location of all temporary and permanent run- off detention basins, constructed and altered Wa- Supp. No. 19 1217
