<br /> § 36-9 SAN MARCOS RIVER CORRIDOR § 36-10 <br /> (2) In excess of twenty (20) per cent on slopes of between <br /> fifteen (15) and twenty-five (25) per cent; nor <br /> (3) In excess often (10) per cent on slopes greater than twenty- <br /> five (25) per cent and within a floodway that is within the <br /> San Marcos River corridor. <br /> (b) No impervious cover, except roads approved by the director <br /> pursuant to the requirements of the subdivision ordinance and <br /> master plan, shall be allowed within one hundred (100) feet of the <br /> bank of the San Marcos or Blanco Rivers within the SMRC. <br /> (c) Credit shall be given for the use of pervious surfaces and <br /> materials indirect proportion to the pervious character of the <br /> materiaL (Ord. Required plans. <br /> (a) No final or short form subdivision plat in the SMRC shall <br /> be approved by the planning commission until all plans designed <br /> to meet the standards of pertinent laws, ordinances, regulations <br /> and this chapter, as required by the director, have been received <br /> by the director and a recommendation by the director has been <br /> made to the planning commission concerning all required plans. <br /> Those plarls shall be submitted to the director with the sitE <br /> development plans required by the drainage and erosion contro <br /> ordinance. <br /> (b) No building permit for a building within the SMRC shall <br /> be issued until the plans designed to meet the standards and <br /> criteria of this chapter, as required by the director, have been <br /> approved by the director. <br /> (c) Except for the SMRC site plan required in section 36-2(CX2), <br /> plans and specifications called for in this chapter shall not be <br /> accepted, reviewed or approved by the director, or his designated <br /> representative, unless accompanied by the certification of a reg- <br /> istered professional engineer practicing in Texas that; <br /> (1) The development plan is complete; and <br /> (2) The technical and engineering requirements of this chap- <br /> ter are met.
