<br />-13- <br /> <br />rr <br /> <br />OF':¡- <br />( ! . <br /> <br />written notice to VF that it has breached, failed to comply <br /> <br />or defaulted in the performance of its obligations under the <br /> <br />Agreement <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />calendar <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />1995 <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />elect <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />remedies provided for in this Agreement. <br /> <br />(2 ) <br /> <br />On March 1, 1996, unless written notice of a breach, failure <br /> <br />to comply or default has been given to VF, <br /> <br />the City shall <br /> <br />execute a certificate in recordable form stating that this <br /> <br />Agreement has been fully performed. <br /> <br />If such a notice has <br /> <br />been given to VF, the City shall execute such a certificate <br /> <br />upon the cure of such breach, <br /> <br />failure or default, <br /> <br />or upon <br /> <br />satisfaction of its remedies under this Agreement. <br /> <br />X. <br /> <br />NOTICE <br /> <br />All notices called for or required by this Agreement shall be <br /> <br />addressed to the following, or such other party or address as either <br /> <br />party designates in writing, by certified mail, postage pre-paid or by <br /> <br />hand delivery, and shall be effective five days after mailing. <br /> <br />VF: <br /> <br />VF Factory Outlet, Inc. <br />1047 North Park Road <br />Wyomissing, PA 19610 <br /> <br />City: <br /> <br />City of San Marcos <br />City Manager <br />630 E.
