<br />(3 ) <br /> <br />(4 ) <br /> <br />(5 ) <br /> <br />( 6 ) <br /> <br />(7 ) <br /> <br />(8 ) <br /> <br />(9 ) <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall paint the exterior of the Leased <br />Premises every two (2) years, and shall paint the <br />interior of the storage portions of the building every <br />fifth (5th) year, and shall paint the bathrooms every <br />year. In the event the City paints the exterior of the <br />remaining portions of the recreation building more often <br />than every two (2) years, the Lions Club shall paint the <br />exterior of its portions of the building at least as <br />often as the City. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall pay all lighting and heating costs <br />attributable to the Leased Premises. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall keep the Leased Premises in a clean <br />condition, shall provide assistance to the City in the <br />regular cleaning of the area adjacent to the recreation <br />building, including the picnic area and parking lot, and <br />will also assist in the cleanup of the San Marcos River <br />in and around the park area. <br /> <br />The City shall continue to maintain those areas of City <br />Park not specifically granted to the Lions Club for its <br />sole or joint maintenance. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall assist the City in future projects <br />within the City's park system. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall have the right to sell items <br />related to the inner tube rental operation and to the <br />City, including chips, candy, non-alcoholic beverages <br />and T-shirts. <br /> <br />The Lions Club shall maintain public liability insurance <br />covering personal injuries and property damage that may <br />occur in connection with the inner tube rental <br />operation. <br /> <br />(10) The Lions Club shall not discriminate in its inner tube <br />rental operations on the basis of race, creed, national <br />origin or ancestry, sex, or handicap. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. That the election precincts for said election <br />shall be, in all respects, the same precincts as those Hays County <br />Election Precincts which are within the corporate limits of the <br />City of San Marcos and all those Hays, Caldwell, and Guadalupe <br />County Election Precincts which are within the boundaries of the <br />San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District, <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
