That the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas shall, on or before April 20, 1990, by resolution duly adopted, appoint presiding judges and alternate judges to serve in said election at the polling places for the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and it shall be each such judge's duty to hold the election in the respective precincts set forth hereinabove, and any vacancies occurring after the appointment of judges and alternate judges may be filled by subsequent resolution(s) of the City Council. That the general and special election shall be conducted jointly with the San Marcos Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees Election pursuant to the terms and conditions of a Joint Election Agreement to be entered into between the School District and the City. SECTION 11. That Janis K. Womack is appointed clerk for absentee voting for said City. SECTION 12. That Roger Fernandez shall be the clerk for absentee voting for the School District. SECTION 13. That the main absentee polling place for absentee voting by personal appearance for the City election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City, and the temporary branch absentee polling place for absentee voting by personal appearance for the City election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive in the City. The main absentee polling place for absentee voting by personal appearance for the School District election is the School Administration Building, 501 S. L.B.J. Drive in the City, and the temporary branch absentee polling place for absentee voting by personal appearance for the School District election is City Hall, 630 East Hopkins Street in the City.
