<br /> (a) Furnish one ( 1) copy of all contract drawings and <br /> contract documents and specifications to the OWNER, and <br /> two (2) copies of all contract drawings to the FAA for <br /> preliminary review and comments; <br /> (b) Present a statement of the CONSULTANT's estimate of <br /> construction costs, updated to relate to the design <br /> developed at the time; <br /> (c) Attend a conference with representatives of the OWNER <br /> to present and discuss the details of the proposed <br /> improvements; <br /> (d) Attend a conference with representatives of the FAA to <br /> present and discuss the details of the proposed <br /> improvements; <br /> (e) Upon completion of the review conferences, the <br /> CONSULTANT will make approved modifications and <br /> additions to the contract drawings and contract <br /> documents and specifications resulting from OWNER's and <br /> the FAA's review and the conference. <br /> (f) Prepare the necessary bidding documents, bidding <br /> information, and bidding forms, using forms provided by <br /> the OWNER. <br /> 3.3.4 Furnish the OWNER fifteen (15) copies of final and FAA <br /> approved contract drawings and specifications. Additional copies <br /> will be provided, as requested by the OWNER, at the CONSULTANT's <br /> cost of reproduction, shipping and incidental expense. <br /> 3.3.5 Prepare a statement of the CONSULTANT's estimate of <br /> the construction costs, based upon the final design developed. <br /> The CONSULTANT's estimate of construction costs will be based on <br /> unit prices prevailing at the time of preparation. The CONSULTANT <br /> will not be required to guarantee the accuracy of the cost <br /> estimates. <br /> 3.3.6 Prepare and distribute copies of all final design <br /> meeting records to the OWNER and the FAA. <br /> 3.3.7 Develop and submit to the FAA upon submission of final <br /> plans and specifications an Engineering Summary report defining <br /> the design rationale, and generalized information relative to <br /> major design elements including pavement design calculations. Two <br /> (2) copies of this report will be provided to the OWNER and one <br /> ( 1) copy to the FAA. <br /> 3.3.8 The Consultant shall prepare a "Construction Materials <br /> Quality Control Plan" to be submitted to the FAA for approval at <br /> the time of final plans and specification submittal.
