Cross sections were located at <br /> close intervals above and below bridges and culverts in order to <br /> compute the significant backwater effects of these structures. <br /> Bridge data were obtained by field measurements and from bridge <br /> plans of the Texas Department of Highways and Public Transportation. <br /> 9 <br />
