b. Anticipate 2 additional meetings with staff per work tasks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, will <br />meet via teleconference when possible to reduce project costs. <br />c. Compile draft final report from technical memos prepared in each project task <br />unit. <br />d. Visit with City staff, share report and key findings /recommendations and obtain <br />input. <br />e. Prepare final report. <br />10. San Marcos Watershed Protection Program Management <br />a. Coordinate with the following ongoing activities, obtain schedules and outputs: <br />i. Water Quality Protection Plan (WPP) by Meadows Center for Water and <br />the Environment <br />ii. Upper San Marcos River Water Quality Protection Plan (WQPP) per <br />Habitat Conservation Plan by City of San Marcos, Texas State <br />iii. GBRA/USACE Interim Flood Management Study <br />iv. City of San Marcos Comprehensive Plan <br />v. City of San Marcos Land Development Code and Stormwater Technical <br />Manual <br />vi. Texas State Construction Standards <br />vii. Texas State Stormwater Master Plan <br />viii. TPDES MS4 for City of San Marcos and Texas State <br />ix. Corps of Engineers 206 Program (Water quality projects) <br />b. Develop overall project management plan that tracks key outputs /deliverables <br />from each effort and coordinates timely use in the other projects to improve <br />individual project efficiency and reduce costs. <br />c. Provide feedback in a real -time basis to City staff to facilitate timely <br />communication and exchange of information to each activity manager <br />d. Provide monthly program management updates to illustrate individual project <br />schedule changes and their potential impact to other activities <br />
