<br /> ::'73 <br /> RAMON ~UCIO, RIO VISTA, RIO VISTA ANNEX, AND BICENTENNIAL <br /> PARKS RECREATION DEVELOPMENT <br /> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 11 <br /> RESTROOM BUILDINGS <br /> (15) Plumbing Fixtures and Trim: <br /> (a) All fixtures shall be new and the best of their <br /> respective kinds. They shall be non-absorbent throughout and free <br /> from waves, kiln marks, and discoloration. The Contractor shall <br /> be responsible for the protection of all fixtures and equipment <br /> during construction and shall deliver the fixtures to the OWner in <br /> perfect condition as to appearance and operation at the conclusion <br /> of the job. <br /> (b) Provide proper support for fixture. and piping. <br /> Wall-hung fixtures not supported by carriers, shall be hung with <br /> angle iron back-up piece inside the chase or wall with bolts <br /> extending through the wall to the fi~ure hangers. <br /> (C) All exposed trim, escutcheons, nipples, flexible <br /> risers, etc., shall be chromium plated brass. <br /> (d) Fixture numbers used in the list provided on the <br /> drawings are those of Eljer, unless otherwise designated. Equal <br /> fixtures of Kohler, American Standard or Crane Standard will be <br /> acceptable, Contractor shall submit list and shop drawings for <br /> approval by Engineers. <br /> 11-17 ELECTRICAL: <br /> a. General: The accompanyíng plans and specifications cover <br /> the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, transportation <br /> services, etc., necessary for complete installation of electrical <br /> facilities. The work includes, but is not limited to the following <br /> items: <br /> (1) A complete system of wiring in conduit for all power <br /> with all necessary switches, panelboards, junction boxes, outlets, <br /> lights, wiring devices, and other items necessary for a com~lete <br /> installation. <br /> (2) The electrical Contractor shall pay all fees and <br /> obtain all permits as required in connection with his work. <br /> 11-25 <br /> ~ <br />
