Cold galvanizing compound shall be premixed-liquid zinc <br /> compound with a flash point of 104 degree F. (SETA Method), a <br /> viscosity of 1900 cpa (at 2S degree C. Brookfield spindle 16 at 100 <br /> rpm), a specific gravity of 2.797, and unlimited pot life. Z.R.C. <br /> Compound or approved equal shall be applied to clean dry metal, <br /> commercial blast to SSPC-SP6-63 will be required. <br /> Hot dipped galvanizing to a minimum of 2.00 oz/square foot <br /> applied in strict confomance withASTH Designation A 153-82 shall <br /> be required for all other elements sucb a.diaphragms, connectors, <br /> and diagonal bracing, <br /> 16-04 CONS'rtlUC'rIONI <br /> a. Structural excavation, foundation preparation, and <br /> backfill shall conform to the pertinent requirements of <br /> Specification 3 and Item 400 of the Texas SDHPT Standard <br /> Specifications. <br /> b.
