Payment will not be made under this item for the purchase <br /> costs of materials having a residual value, the purchase costs of <br /> materials to be incorporated in the project, or the purchase costs <br /> of operating supplies. <br /> c. Payment of the lump sum contract price for MOBILIZATION <br /> will constitute full compensation for all labor, materials, <br /> equipment, and all other items necessary and incidental to <br /> completion of the work. <br /> d. Partial payments of the "Lump Sum" bid for KOBILIZATION <br /> will be made as follows: <br /> ( 1) When 1% of the remaining contract amount (the <br /> contract amount less the lump sum bid for mobilization) is earned, <br /> 50% of the mobilization lump sum bid or 5% of the total contract <br /> amount, whichever is less, will be paid. <br /> (2) When 5% of the remaining contract amount is earned, <br /> 75% of the mobilization lump sum bid or 10% of the total contract <br /> amount, whichever is less, will be paid. Previous payments under <br /> this item will be deducted from the above amount. <br /> (3) When 10\ of the remaining contract amount is earned, <br /> 90% of the mobilization lump sum bid or 15% of the total contract <br /> amount, whichever is less, will be paid. Previous payments under <br /> this item will be deducted from the above amount. <br /> ( 4) Upon completion. of . all the work under this contract I <br /> payment for the remainder of the lump sum bid for MOBILIZATION will <br /> be made. <br /> lA-2 <br />
