<br /> SITE PREPARATION
<br /> IB-Ol SCOPE:
<br /> This specification includes the layout, staking, clearing,
<br /> cleanup, etc., all as necessary to begin the construction
<br /> operation.
<br /> IB-02 LOCATION AND LIMITS OF THE WORK:
<br /> a. The location of the work is indicated on the TITLE SHEET
<br /> (sheet 1) and sheet 3 of the drawings.
<br /> b. The limit of the Contractor's responsibility, except for
<br /> establishing survey ties and points, connecting or disconnecting
<br /> utilities, hauling OWner-furnished materials, etc., shall be the
<br /> park property boundary lines.
<br /> c. The Contractor shall be required to 11mi t his work area to
<br /> one of the following five (5) sites at anyone time in the order
<br /> given, unless otherwise allowed (in writing) by the Engineer:
<br /> ( 1) Ramon Lucio Park - Construction of the parking lot
<br /> access road, parking lots, filtration/detention system, exterior
<br /> electrical system, sanitary sewer system, potable water system,
<br /> drinking fountain, restroom building, group shelter, hike and bike
<br /> trail, sidewalk, pedestrian bridqe, picnic tables, BBO grills,
<br /> garbage containers, benches, etc,. all as shown on the Ramon Lucio
<br /> Park Site Plan Sheets 8 and 9 of the drawinqs.
<br /> ( 2) Rio Vista Annex Park - Construction of the low water
<br /> crossing, the parking lot access road, parking lots,
<br /> filtration/detention system, exterior electrical system, sanitary
<br /> sewer system, potable water system, drinking fountain, restroom
<br /> building, hike and bike trail, sidewalk, etc. all as shown on the
<br /> Rio Vista Annex Park Site Plan Sheet 4 of the drawings.
<br /> (3) Rio Vista Park (Parking Lot A)- Construction of the
<br /> parking lot, sidewalk, filtration/detention system, hike and bike
<br /> trail, etc. all as shown on the Rio Vista Parking Lot A Site Plan
<br /> Sheet 6 of the drawinga-.
<br /> (4) Rio Vista Park (Parking Lot B)- Construction of the
<br /> parking lot, sidewalk, hike and bike trail, etc. all as shown on
<br /> the Rio Vista Parking Lot B Site Plan Sheet 7 of the drawings.
