<br />Board of Directors meeting held on December 21, 1988,
<br /> "Mr, Bain called on Mr, Pfeiffer for his recommendation,
<br /> Mr, Pfeiffer recommended a motion to enter into the "Inter local
<br /> Cooperation Agreement," attached hereto as Exhibit "A", that
<br /> the FY'89 budget account No, 10E1200-3ll0 be amended by
<br /> $20,000, that SARA participation of $20,000 be paid from said
<br /> account and that the SARA representative be Chairman Cecil
<br /> Bain. Mrs. Steves so moved, and seconded by Mr, Herder, the
