<br /> RESOLUTION AND ORDER OF <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF <br /> GUADALUPE-BLANCO RIVER AUTHORITY <br /> ADOPTED AT REGULAR MEETING ON <br /> DECEMBER 15, 1988, (M.B. XXVVIII, PAGES 11 and 12) <br /> At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Guadalupe- <br />Blanco River Authority had on December 15, 1988, at the offices <br />of the Authority in Seguin, Texas, a quorum being present, the <br />following Resolution and Order of the Board was unanimously <br />adopted, that is: <br /> ~Thereupon the Board gave consideration to participation in <br /> an organization to support the passage of legislation <br /> implementing the Edwards Regional Water Resources Plan. <br /> Upon motion by Director Taylor, seconded by Director Kirksey <br /> and unanimously approved, the Board authorized participation <br /> in an organization to support the passage of legislation <br /> implementing the Edwards Regional Water Resources Plan, and <br /> further authorized the expenditure of the sum of up to <br /> $20,000 in support of the organization.~ <br /> C E R T I F I CAT E <br />THE STATE OF TEXAS ) <br />COUNTY OF GUADALUPE ) <br /> I, John H.
