Specific Use Permits. <br /> <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br /> <br />(H) Conditions of specific use: <br />(1) Home Occupations: <br /> <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br /> <br />(f) Bed and breakfast inns conducted as a home <br />occupation shall not be permitted to have <br />organized group activities associated with the <br />business other than for the registered guests, and <br />one off-street parking space shall be provided for <br />each sleeping room or suite available for <br />registered guests in addition to the standard <br />requirement for the dwelling's permanent <br />residents. <br /> <br />(g) Child day care for more than two unrelated <br />children conducted as a home occupation shall be <br />allowed only upon verification of a valid permit <br />from the Texas Department of Human Resources, <br />shall be limited to no more than six children <br />other than children living with and related to the <br />applicant, and shall be limited to 12 consecutive <br />hours per 24 hour period. <br />
