<br /> -4- <br />PART 12. That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section 35 be <br />amended by the addition of a subsection (I) as follows: <br />Sec. 35. Specific Use Permits. <br /> . . . <br /> ( I) Exception to specific Use Permit requirement for certain <br /> home businesses. <br /> Home businesses meeting the conditions of Section <br /> 35(H)(l), where there is no visible advertising <br /> rela ted to the business on the premises other than <br /> on vehicles, where there is no customer or client <br /> traffic of any type to the residence, and \:'lhere all <br /> employees are members of the immediate family residing <br /> on the premises, shall not be considered home occupations <br /> and, thus, shall be exempt from the Specific use <br /> Permit requirement. <br />PART 13. That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section 36(1) <br />is amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 36. Supplemental Area Requirements. <br /> . . . <br /> ( I) An accessory building not exceeding twenty (20) feet in <br /> height may occupy no more than the percentage coverage of <br /> the required rear yard specified within the district <br /> requirements. An accessory building, however, shall be <br /> separated from the main building at a distance in <br /> accord with the requirements of the adopted Building <br /> Code, and shall be no closer than five ( 5) feet to the <br /> side or rear lot line; and no closer than fifteen (15) <br /> feet to a street side lot line. <br />PART 14. That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section <br />37(B)(1)(c} be amended to read as follows: <br />Sec. 37. Off-street parking. <br /> . . . <br /> (B) Design and construction standards: <br /> (1) ... <br /> ( c) Handicapped parking spaces: Each parking space <br /> reserved for the physically disabled shall <br /> consist of a rectangular area not less than eight <br /> ( 8) feet wide plus a five ( 5) foot wide side <br /> loading area which may be shared by another <br /> adjacent handicapped parking space, with a minimum <br /> length of eighteen (18) feet. The parking space <br /> shall be located in an area not exceeding a two <br /> ( 2) percent slope, and shall be located near or <br /> convenient to a level or ramped entrance not <br /> exceeding an eight ( 8) percent slope to the <br /> facility served by the parking space. Each <br /> handicapped space shall be designated by a sign <br /> incorporating the symbol of accessibility, and <br /> such sign shall be placed so it will not be <br /> obscured by a parked vehicle. <br />PART 15. That Appendix A-General Zoning Ordinance, Section 37(B) <br />is amended by an addition to read as follows: <br />Sec. 37.
