The DOL may have representatives visit the site to observe construction progress, but they will not interfere with work on the project. The City will coordinate with GJCC the down time required for making all utility connections in the construction project to ensure least possible disruption to the Job Corps program operations. The City and DOL will conduct a final joint inspection of the construction project to ensure it has been completed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. IV. POST CONSTRUCTION The City will notify DOL when it has accepted the project from the general contractor, received its final reimbursement from the FAA, and is ready for completion of the transfer. The City will provide DOL with all warranties, Guarantees, operations and maintenance manuals, Ç!.nd required training for operation of the project facilities and will convey all its rights in the project to DOL. The City will also provide DOL with two (2) reproducable sets of "as-built" or "record" drawings for the project buildings. Completion of the project will include the separation of gas, electric and water lines. The City will construct a fence that will seprate the lands to be conveyed to the City from those to be retained by DOL subject to the availability of project funding. At the closing, DOL will convey to the City title to 42.45 ac res of Job Corps land described in Attachment "A" and release the City from all subsequent liability under the project and the agreements between DOL and the City. Conveyance will be made by Deed Without Warranty. That, this Agreement will bind the parties hereto, and their respective executors, administrators, successors and assigns.
