<br /> Annual Commitment shall be such greater amount, if <br /> such additional amount is available from storage on <br /> a firm yield basis, unless and until further <br /> increased pursuant to this paragraph A; or <br /> 2. The Annual Commitment may be increased upon request <br /> by San Marcos, if available from storage in Canyon <br /> Reservoir, or other reservoir storage available to <br /> GBRA on a firm annual yield basis. <br /> 3. If the proposed water treatment system serves <br /> another city, rural water system or other <br /> independent water system that has contracted with <br /> GBRA for water from storage, the quantity of stored <br /> water charged to each contracting user will be <br /> based on a proration of the actual amount of <br /> treated water delivered to each water system. <br /> B. Point of Delivery. The water will be delivered to the <br /> <br />following point(s): A water treatment plant located adjacent to <br />the San Marcos River in Hays County, Texas, as set forth in <br />Exhibit "A" hereto. The maximum delivery rate shall <br />be gallons per minute. <br /> <br /> A vicinity map attached hereto as Exhibit liB" shows the <br />Point(s) of Delivery. <br /> C. Purpose of Use. The stored water supplied from <br /> <br />conservation storage in Canyon Reservoir or other reservoir <br />storage available to GBRA, under this Contract, shall be used for <br />municipal use only; provided, however, that San Marcos may from <br />time to time request that GBRA seek the necessary authorizations <br /> 3 <br />
