<br />address provided by San Marcos for the payment amount determined <br />pursuant to Paragraphs "F" and" G", below. <br /> F. Monthly Payments. Beginning on the date that a <br /> <br />certification of completion is delivered in writing by San Marcos <br />to GBRA stating that the water treatment plant to be constructed <br />is capable of delivering treated water, or on January 1, 1995, <br />whichever first occurs, San Marcos shall pay GBRA at its office <br />in Guadalupe County, Texas, or such other place as GBRA may <br />designate in writing, not later than the twentieth (20th) day of <br />each month, pursuant to the monthly bill rendered to San Marcos <br />as provided in Paragraph E, above, a dollar amount equal to one- <br />twelfth of the annual cost resulting from multiplying the Annual <br />Commitment in acre-feet times the rate to be paid by San Marcos <br />for stored water reserved and supplied pursuant to this Contract <br />(the "stored water rate"). The present stored water rate is <br />$44.76 per acre foot. <br /> In addition, San Marcos shall pay a rate for water delivery, <br />if any, established by GBRA, on a cost of service basis, for the <br />construction and operation of any facilities, including but not <br />limited to a pump station, pipeline and terminal storage <br />facilities, necessary to deliver stored water from the Guadalupe <br />River to the water treatment plant site selected by San Marcos. <br />The final plans for delivery facilities shall be reviewed and <br />approved by San Marcos prior to construction and payment by San <br />Marcos shall begin with the initial delivery of water to the <br />plant site. <br /> 5 <br />
