<br /> G. Annual Adjustment. San Marcos will pay GBRA at its <br /> <br />office in Guadalupe County, Texas, or such other place as GBRA <br />may designate in writing, not later than the twentieth (20th) day <br />of January of each year, a dollar amount equal to the stored <br />water rate times the number of acre-feet of water used in the <br />previous calendar year which exceeded the Annual Commitment <br />applicable during that year. <br /> H. Adjustment of Rates. The provisions of this Contract <br /> <br />pertaining to the rates to be paid by San Marcos for stored water <br />reserved and supplied may be adjusted by GBRA at any time and <br />from time to time in accordance with the basin-wide rate for <br />water from reservoir storage. If GBRA desires to adjust the <br />rates for the water reserved and supplied pursuant to this <br />Contract, it shall, at least sixty (60) days prior to the first <br />day on which such adjustment is proposed to become effective, <br />give written notice of the proposed adjustment to San Marcos. <br /> The rate to be paid for water delivery may be adjusted by <br />GBRA at any time and from time to time, provided that the basis <br />for the rate established by GBRA shall be the cost of service <br />including the debt service requirements which were incurred in <br />connection with the financing of the water delivery system; the <br />expenses incurred in the operation and maintenance of the <br />delivery system including without limitation the expenses of <br />materials, supplies, power and utilities used in connection with <br />the system; the expenses of repairs and replacements and <br />depreciation; the cost of insurance, rentals, licenses, taxes and <br />all other charges of any nature whatsoever related to the <br /> 6 <br />
