<br />delivery system, including, without limitation, all damages and <br />governmental or judicial assessments; interest and other related <br />fixed charges not included in the above clause of this Paragraph; <br />general and administrative expenses reasonably attributable to <br />the delivery system; wages, salaries, and other compensation and <br />fringe benefits payable to GBRA's employees, and professional <br />fees, including, without limitation, legal, accounting, <br />financial, engineering, consulting, and other technical fees, <br />which may be allocated to work performed in connection with the <br />delivery system; expenses incurred in protecting the water supply <br />delivered to San Marcos, including, without limitation, Water <br />Master fees; and all other costs (whether of a capital or expense <br />nature) incurred on account of, or in connection with, the <br />ownership, occupancy, maintenance, operation, replacement, repair <br />or restoration of the delivery system that are not included in <br />the above clauses of this Paragraph. <br /> In the event of a disagreement between GBRA and San Marcos <br />over the stored water rate or the delivery rate, GBRA and San <br />Marcos may apply by appropriate means to the Texas Water <br />Commission, or any agency succeeding to the rate-making <br />jurisdiction of the Texas Water Commission, to establish a just <br />and reasonable rate for such water. <br /> 1. Metering Equipment. At the onset of initial use of <br /> <br />water under this Contract, GBRA shall furnish, install, operate <br />and maintain or cause to be furnished, installed, operated and <br />maintained at the Point of Delivery the necessary metering <br />equipment and required devices of standard type for properly <br /> 7 <br />
