Hold regular discussions with supervisors and <br /> employees to ensure policies are being followed. <br /> 2. Review the qualifications of all employees to make sure <br /> the protected classes are given full opportunities for <br /> transfer and promotion. <br /> CITY EMPLOYEES <br /> All employees will comply with the spirit and the letter of the <br /> Affirmative Action Plan. Any employee of the City of San Marcos <br /> who willfully violates the intent of this plan shall be subject to <br /> appropriate disciplinary action including reprimand, suspension, <br /> and/or dismissal. <br />
