Parking facilities will conform to City Standards. <br />2. All new utilities internal to the Project shall be placed underground. <br />3. Metal-sided buildings will be allowed only as temporary structures during project construction. <br />4. Sidewalks shall be of a width and location per Exhibit C, Street sections. <br />3.
